Atlantis Lost
This is one of the several studies I've compiled to get the atmospheric conditions of an underwater scene.

It required the right amount of diffusion, lighting and a few bubbles to create the illusion of an underwater scene.

The fish are painted a single skin that replicated the surface of a striped tropical fish.
