I had the opportunity to work as Art Director
for the Fallon Community Health Plan site as a third party contractor.
The objective was to appease three user
audiences and make the site as easy to use as possible. The main
users were Fallon Corporate, Doctors and Staff and patients like
you and me who don't want to dig for the information we need.
The concept was finalized in the first fifteen
minutes by a quick series of sketches to convey the enviroment of
the user experience. Within a couple of minutes we had total buy-in
from the client and they were thrilled with how quickly the front
end of the site was pulled together.
Doctors used the site to deal with patient
folders and records and patients obtained detailed information about
services at their convience. Everybody was happy!
